• Processing time: 1–2 business days for in‑stock items
• Standard US delivery: 3–6 business days; free on orders $75+
• Expedited options: 2‑Business‑Day and Next‑Business‑Day available at checkout

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST begin processing the next business day.

• In‑stock frames: ship in 1–2 business days
• Orders with prescription lenses: add 1–3 business days for lens edging and QA
• Preorder/backorder items: estimated ship window is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email

We’ll email you immediately if an item requires extra verification or a change affecting your ship date.

US Shipping Options & Rates

Transit estimates exclude processing time. Rural areas and AK/HI may add 1–2 days. Carrier service days exclude federal holidays.

Order Tracking

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility.
• Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement after the label is created.
• For split shipments, you’ll receive a separate tracking email for each package.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

• Carrier: DHL Express (or equivalent premium service) with door‑to‑door tracking.
• Duties/Taxes: Calculated at checkout. Where available, we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
• Costs: Based on destination and order weight; typical range $22–$35 USD.
• Transit: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance.

International orders are final sale if refused due to unpaid duties/taxes when DDP isn’t available.

PO Boxes, APO/FPO & Special Handling

• PO Boxes: Available via Standard service (USPS). Expedited/Next‑Day not available.
• APO/FPO/DPO: Shipped via USPS. Please allow additional transit time.
• Signature: Orders $400+ may require an adult signature for delivery.
• Gift orders: We do not include pricing on packing slips. Add a gift note at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Edits/cancellations can be requested within 30 minutes of placing your order during support hours. After fulfillment begins, changes may not be possible.
• Address changes after dispatch are not guaranteed. We’ll attempt a carrier intercept upon request.
• Preorders/backorders: You’ll see an estimated ship window at checkout and may cancel anytime before we create a shipping label.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

• Delay: Weather, carrier volumes, or customs may extend delivery. We’ll help monitor and escalate when eligible.
• Lost: If no tracking movement for 7+ days (US) or 10+ days (international), contact us within 14 days for a resolution.
• Damaged: Keep all packaging and photograph the item and box. Email us within 7 days for a prompt replacement or refund.

Holiday & Peak Season Cutoffs

Recommended order‑by dates for delivery by December 24 (US, contiguous):

• Standard: Order by December 15, 12:00 pm EST
• 2‑Business‑Day: Order by December 20, 12:00 pm EST
• Next‑Business‑Day: Order by December 22, 12:00 pm EST

Estimates only; severe weather or carrier constraints may impact delivery windows.

Packaging & Sustainability

• Protective, recyclable outer cartons and paper-based void fill (where possible)
• Minimal plastic use and right‑sized packaging to reduce waste
• Frames ship in the original branded case with microfiber cloth
