We want you to love your eyewear. If something isn’t right, our streamlined returns and exchanges make it easy.

Overview

Our returns process is designed to mirror the premium experience you expect from designer eyewear retailers. Most unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth return.

Return Window

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date.
  • Items must be received at our returns center within this window; please initiate your RMA as soon as possible.
  • Holiday purchases: orders delivered between Nov 15 and Dec 31 enjoy extended returns through Jan 31.

Eligibility & Condition

  • Frames and sunglasses must be unused and in original condition.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories: branded case, cleaning cloth, paperwork, tags, demo lenses, and any authentication literature.
  • Frames may be tried on for fit, but must not show wear, scratches, or lens adjustments.
  • Any included security stickers or tags must remain attached.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Prescription lenses (custom‑made to your Rx)
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Used items, or items missing original components/packaging
  • Hygiene‑compromised items (e.g., soiled nose pads or worn temple tips)

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your Order #, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
  2. Receive your RMA number and return instructions. US customers will receive one prepaid label per order for eligible returns.
  3. Pack securely:
    • Place the eyewear box in a robust outer carton.
    • Cushion to prevent movement; include the RMA inside the box.
  4. Ship by the carrier indicated on your label. Keep the drop‑off receipt for your records.

Exchanges

Prefer a different color or style? We can process a like‑for‑like exchange upon receipt and inspection of your original item. For faster turnaround, place a new order and return the original for a refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing begins after inspection (typically 2–3 business days from delivery to our facility).
  • Bank posting times vary; please allow 3–10 business days after approval.
  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we made an error.
  • No restocking fees for eligible returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed.

Manufacturer Warranty

Prada eyewear is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (typically 1 year). Warranty coverage does not include accidental damage, scratches from normal use, or wear and tear. Contact us with your Order # for assistance with a claim.

Prescription Lenses Policy

  • Custom prescription lenses are non‑refundable.
  • If we or our lab made a workmanship error, we will remake or replace lenses at no charge within 30 days.
  • You may return unused frames that were ordered with prescription lenses; lens charges are non‑refundable.

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties or taxes (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
  • Mark returns as “Returned Goods” to avoid import charges; we cannot accept COD packages.
  • Refunds are processed in USD; exchange rate differences are outside our control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • We can modify or cancel standard orders within 1 hour of placement during business hours.
  • Prescription orders begin processing quickly; cancellations may not be possible once lens work starts.
  • After shipment, please use the returns process.
